Once approved, we’re off to print. Within 2 weeks we’ll share some photos of the first assembled card, finish the entire order and ship out.

Our minimum order is 20 units. Also, DigiBrochures ordered in bulk typically cost between $25 and $65 per piece.

Base cost is primarily determined by 3 main factors: screen size, quantity and physical size of the print package. However, since there are many options you can select to build your card, it is best to contact us for a quote by filling out our online order/estimate request, or by giving us a call. Pricing follows simple economies of scale; as quantities increase (50/100/250/500/1000/+5000) the cost per unit decreases. For ballpark costs, we recommend downloading our catalog for the most common configurations and pricing range.

Production times vary depending on the quantity ordered. As a general guide please allow 20 – 30 days for production after the artwork is approved and payment have been received. We will provide you with an exact timeline once you have confirmed your order.

Our standard screen sizes includes:

3.0″, 4.0”, 5.0″, 7.0″, 10.1” – HD/IPS Screen. We also offer larger screen sizes at client request.

Depending upon the screen size, card sizes range from 90 x 50 mm up to A4. All of our brochures are bespoke, so you can choose whatever size you would like.

If you have your own design team, no problem! We will provide you with a design template, so you can set up your design accordingly. If you need design assistance, we got your back – we have a professional in-house design team, who can design your project.

Yes, we will send an electronic proof via email before production begins.

Most clients supply their own video(s). However, we are here to make it an easy process for you. We have professional video partners that offers on-location video shoots, video editing and video strategies to help with your project.

We load each unit with the customer’s videos and fully charge each lithium battery during production.

Video size and duration will depend on screen resolution, frame rates and available memory on the brochure. However, a general rule of thumb is that 128MB is suitable for 1:00-5:00 minutes of video and 256MB is suitable for 5:00 – 15:00 minutes, depending on the video’s format. You can upgrade the memory chip to hold more (1 gig = 60 min). Our 4”, 5”, 7” and 10.1” screens will play .mp4 and .mov files. Our smaller 2.4” and 2.8” screens use .amv files.

Yes, video content can be changed, meaning you can customize each unit for your individual prospects. Through a simple process, you can change the video(s) by plugging the device into a computer with a mini USB cable, delete the exiting video(s), then copy and paste a new video file just like you would onto a USB thumb drive.

Our standard battery provides 2 hours of continuous play. We also offer larger batteries that can provide up to 40 hours of continuous play for an additional cost.

The brochure comes with Lithium ion batteries, which cannot be replaced. You can charge by simply connecting the brochure to your computer via mini USB cable switch is provided with each unit free of charge.

The battery can be recharged simply by applying the same process with a mini USB cable. The battery will recharge in 30 mins.

Standard prices include up to 6 buttons. Example button types include: Play/Pause, Volume Up (v+), Volume Down (v-), Skip Forward, Skip Back and ON/OFF. If you have something in particular that you would like, please feel free to ask and we’ll look into it for you.

We always recommend one Play/Pause button per video, plus Volume Up and Volume Down buttons.

We offer a range of different optional extras, including touch screen, an Internal Pocket, phone jack. Please let us know if you would be interested in any additional features and we will supply costs for these to you.
